CERTIFIED MANAGERS AND DEVELOPMENT
Every community manager at PMG is certified through the Community Association Institute (CAI). Additionally, we have monthly continuous management development training (MDT) programs for all managers. MDT educates our managers in subjects ranging from the understanding of financial statements / investments to contract negotiations to on-site mechanical systems with preferred contractors. PMG provides a more comprehensive training program to ensure the manager implements the best value to your community.
